I used too but not for a while

When I had to stop working I cancelled my gym

Was using the pool swimming 600m 4x a week

Just started the gym along with a personal trainer. I need to loose weight.

Usually moderately. & sometimes it helps burn off some of the anxiety for a bit.

I don’t currently exercise. But I really should.

I have to do light exercises with my right leg, as I just had knee surgery. Maybe I can ease into doing real exercises as I build up on the light exercises.

EDIT: I walk around the park for a few hours, on weekends. And I like to ride my bike on the local trails. So, I guess that’s some exercise. But I want to get fit and strong. I am currently weak and I get exhausted too easily.

Breathing exercises are so key for me…posture…hydration…stomach massages…all crucial

I used to up to hour walk every day then I became unwell and stopped walking but in last couple months been out walking again but not long walks I will build it up

I do yoga regularly and have been for the last 17 years. But lately my endurance has been on the definite decline.

So, I went on Amazon today and bought a $27, four inch high, exercise step platform. Ten to twenty minutes on that several times a week should get me in aerobic shape pretty quick.

I exercise a lot. I try to do minimum of 20,000 steps a day. Some jogging on the spot, walking and running around the neighbourhood. I also ride and do weights and other body weight exercises. I’m fitter now at nearly 52 than I was for most of my life and it’s improved my mental health as well…

Since exercising I’ve come down from 300 mgs of Effexor to 150 and from 10mgs zyprexa to 7.5. I am getting older so there’s that but I’d recommend exercise as a priority for anyone with sz and on these meds.

I exercise regularly. It’s 20 minutes of Aerobics + an hour of walking everyday. Good for my weight management.Also feel refreshed after doing exercise.
