My last 3 A1C’s over the last year have been 6.4, 6.3 and 6.3. So it has held steady with a good diet, some exercise and meds. I was diagnosed with diabetes over a decade ago and have had A1C’s in the 8’s and 9’s but I’ve lost a lot of weight and it has now remained in pre-diabetes levels consistently for a year now.

My last A1C test a few days ago was 6.8. Doc said it was 9 when I first came in for diabetes check so a marked improvement.

My A1C last month was 5 so I’m happy about that.
