We had some Hardee’s restaurants here which is basically the same thing as Carls Jr. They all went out of business.

Here in a fairly rural part of England , although where I live is in a smallish town, there are nothing like the amount of different burger joints mentioned in this thread. In the town I live in there’s a kebab shop that sells burgers. Judging them against the burgers I had many years ago, in the USA, when I lived in San Francisco, they’re rather low quality burgers.

I like five guys burgers and fries

Bonus the worst burger I ever had was at a Garfunkel’s in London

My father grilled burgers over coals soaked with mineral spirits that he got in a big brown jug he bought at the dry cleaners.

McDonald’s for price, when you use the app, Wendy’s for quality.

My standard meal is a McDouble and a Large Fry with a large coke, costs me 3.70 after tax. I can get the meal for a dollar less if I bring my own coke but I like their drink machine so I usually just order one.

Wendy’s is awesome but I’m looking at more like 10 dollars for a meal from them. I also don’t like how they changed their fries. I really love their spicy chicken sandwich and baconator junior sandwiches.

Harvey’s makes your hamburger a beautiful thing!

Canada only…

I’m not sure if Annie’s Burgers here has more than one locale. It might be a California only chain. But there is another place in the county called Beef N Bun, that place has been around since the early 70’s, I hadn’t ever tried it until earlier this year and honestly, it has some very good burgers. They just taste like what I feel an authentic American burger should taste like.
