I have a cold and feel miserable not sure if it’s depression. Don’t think it is. Just feeling sorry for myself.
Pity party for all. As misery loves company.
I think depression is a constant for me, but I don’t feel depressed or anything at all, so I guess so? So I don’t know.
It must be tough to be constantly depressed.

It’s just meh. Or maybe it’s the negative symptoms. I don’t know anymore
It can be hard to tell negative symptoms from depression. Either way it sucks though.

Never knew where the depression and negatives connected. Only way I knew when I was out of them I’d hit a manic/ocd mood and do all I neglected during the down time.
well, I can’t say I have lasting happiness, but I don’t feel suicidal either. Its come and go.
