Poll about music/movies/etc.. dealing with personality too

Are you a personality type who can identify a favorite movie, song, etc…

Yes/No?

And follow up question: If you can do this, are you hesitant/flat out scared/and or feel real embarrassed etc… to share it here…?

Yes/No/Not Applicable?

Lastly, it’s a really big ask, but if someone could make these a poll? I’m on mobile sans app, and was never that sure I did polls correctly at all, at any point!! Hahaha

  • identify fav movie, song yes
  • identify fav movie, song no

Thank you Leafer!!!

And I meant to start right off the bat … for me for music I cannot BUT for movies I must admit I’ve taken in Scorsese’s The Aviatior, a very disproportionate amount of times!!!

Mafia movies in my twenties did me a disservice a lot like uh lot but there’s something to Scorsese doing mental illness!!

The slow gradual downhill fall of the man, the roaring twenties, real twenties music, the colors, The grandeur(???). oops trigger warning… ; ).

So that’s me but I still have a long way to go, it could change, I could change, and last thing I’ll say is that I’ve missed out on a ton of new material right around the time The Aviator hit screens!!!

To recap: Scorsese on mental illness was good for me…

Just one gentle bump since this was posted early for those ‘in the states’… : ).

That’s a nice name.

I call @anon4362788:

‘Zombs’, (in my inner monologue.)

I’ve always looked and said ‘Leafer’ for Leaf.

I’m glad you thought it was nice… that’s the spirit intended. : )

I wouldn’t say this is my favorite movie,

But this is my favorite movie scene.

I cry a little every time I watch and feel it’s so relevant today.

Was made in the 70s, but we apparently still have the same problems.

The title is ‘Network’ right? I never saw it!

Maybe it’s relaxing somehow(?) to think it’s ALWAYS been scary to think about the future?

I currently am really scared for the East Coast grand baby my folks have…(my nephew) because we’ll soon be hosting my Sisters large family from the west coast, and they always get us sick with something.

There’s a lot to it, she’s been out there 10 years and we’ve grown apart; resentments are there for sure; I just feel like I have little control.

I learned once from a super bright dude one time that when you feel you have little control that’s a big part of being depressed!

Yes.

Not embarrassed at all. I don’t rely on how others perceive me for my own sense of well-being (the exception here is that I have to perform well at work to remain employed).

I thought music for me …like passages that give goosebumps, were almost wrong to have growing up with friends… For me, there’s a huge disconnect between what does it for me, as opposed to what was cool to like.

Makes your point, I guess.

I always end up watching A League Of Their Own at least twice a year.

Oh I like that movie… Tom Hanks before he was super famous. I’ll bet saying yes to that whole project helped pave his success.

‘There’s no crying in baseball!’!! Lololol
