Pip assessment!

Think I failed but if I did , isn’t that good news?

Failed means you won’t get money from them? Hmm… I dunno girl, money is always good. The more, the better.

There was a memory test. I had to memorise 3 things at the start. And when leaving he forgot to mention that test and I told him. So I think I didn’t get through the memory test

It does. But that will kinda push me to work harder.

Hard work equals more stress. You don’t have a good record as regards stress resilience. I still believe that a part time, no more than 25 hours a week, would suit you better…

I know. Think I failed the memory aspect. I remembered the 3 items before I left.

When will you know the results for this evaluation?

6-8 weeks  I think I said it all. And honest. But its up to them. The funny thing was the other lady seemed fine and pretending to not walk much that probably happens a lot. I didn’t want to be her.

Pip assessments are like that, they’ll now say you have good recall and cognitive ability!

Anyway if you don’t get it will you go for a mandatory reconsideration?

I didn’t get it by the way. Oh well :fearful:

What does that mean? That you are not entitled to benefits? That they think you are able to work?

No. It just means I can’t claim disability. Even if I got pip I could have worked.

I do get ESA though while I’m out of work as I’m off sick.

I get about £74 per week. But once I start working ESA stops. Whereas if I got PIP I would have continued.

I see… well it’s a shame then.

What about going to the CAB and get them to help you do a mandatory reconsideration? If I remember correctly you have 28 days from them notifying you your unsuccessful!!!

I fought it all the way to tribunal and got standard rate care, though I’m still waiting for my first payment.

Yes but I got literally 0 points.

So did I this time, but got enough in care after tribunal!
