I’m really fascinated by Jewish culture and religion. I want to visit Israel one day but it has stairs everywhere unfortunately!

I traveled with a big group from my Church. There were 45 of us. Of them all, I only knew two people. And not that well.

I was paranoid practically the whole time. I think due to lack of much sleep from jet lag and ungodly early wakeup calls every morning.
Could also have been from the fact that I cut my Seroquel dose in half while I was there.
I was also having visual hallucinations while there. These have stopped now.

@PinCushion, the average age of our traveling group was 65. I’m 63. The oldest of us was an 80 year old man who walked with a cane. And he kept up slow but sure. His wife was 77. She kept up too. And there were hills and stairs everywhere. I could barely make it without resorting to my tactic of yogic breathing. Without that, I don’t know what I would have done.
If someone is very sedentary (like me), or is out of shape (can’t briskly walk around the block a couple of times without getting worn out), I’d say, don’t go.

If you’re going to visit these places, do it when you’re young, healthy and strong.
