When I was at my sickest and in the hospital back in 1996 after running away from home I had severe physical pain and thought I had gall bladder stones. Have you ever had pain that was caused by your mind?

I only had tactile hallucinations a few times, and it was more like tickling or a crawling feeling, never actual pain. If I had pain I’d assume it was something physically wrong with me probably. One of the times I got hospitalized they said I had a bad urinary tract infection and gave me meds for it. Funny thing is I don’t remember any of the pain from that either, but there was probably some, and I probably assumed it was a hallucination at the time.
