Slow to heat up hot water. Some sinks just take forever.

pretzel I’m 5’ 2" and I can only reach the first and second cupboard. I need a step to get to the third, and a ladder for the top. My daughter is 5’ 5" and will put things in any old cupboard she wants without regard to whether I can get it down or not.
