Is this a good medication? How long does it take to become effective? I’ve been on Loxapine since February which I think is an older generation medication and its lost its effectiveness. I was still paranoid on it though and its gotten worse. Any thoughts?
my ex wife takes perphenazine and she is the most stable she’s been in years on the med. I am on fluphenazine (prolixin) and I have no side effects on that med either. good luck.
I like Perphenazine, which is why I’ve taken it for greater than 40 years. It does take awhile to build up in the system, though.
