Have you ever been stalked, but when you move, you still hear your stalkers, and you hear them reading your mind ? Or am i hallucinating?

Yes, I 've been stalked but probably with out my knowledge and I think these people can read my intrusive thoughts. I just want to be left alone and need a call for justice.

What you’re stating is impossible. Unless you’re hooked up to a very expensive machine scientists have only recently invented, there’s no way of reading your thoughts.
Hospitals don’t do recordings of people’s thoughts, and law enforcement don’t either. Besides, they have better things to do than sit around and listen to people’s random thoughts all day.
It’s research that they do on willing and knowing participants, with specialuzed and expensive equipment.¨

You’re looking for evidence where there is none. I’m a huge science geek, and I make sure to stay up to date on scientific topics, and I have NEVER encountered any articles about mind-reading nanobots.
