People look down on me

I don’t know why but every single time I look at a random stranger they turn their head to the opposite direction or turn there head down, like a lot of different people… or if I look at them they will look down and you can tell. I’m starting to feel like it’s because of bad things I’ve done in my pasts and it feels like they know.

Everyone does that because it’s awkward to stare at a stranger. It’s not you.

You may be dealing with confirmation bias. Basically, you’re convinced something is happening, so you notice every instance where people look away and don’t notice when they don’t do it.

People are generally too preoccupied with their own lives to be worried about yours. Odds are, people are just looking away because it’s considered rude to stare.

And there is no way they know about any bad things you’ve done in the past unless you go walking around with a sign that lists every mistake you’ve ever made.

Or, rather, it is you. But only in the sense that you’re staring at them and it makes them uncomfortable. If you’re going to look at strangers like that, just say hi. Or smile at them and nod. They’ll likely reciprocate.
