Ive gone through periods of my life where people liked me a lot and where people really hated me to now where I think people are either sketched out by me or afraid of me

@fractaled I hear you with the superhearing thing lol

When I get bad I feel like I can hear neighbors or people in the street. To this day I have doubt its a delusion because the voices are so complex

If, as proposed by some, voices are due to misattributing inner speech as coming from an external source then the voices being complex make sense given your very high intelligence.

I think if people are getting offended at your tone of voice - either you have to remember to lower your tone of voice, or just get a hearing aid. You’ve identified the problem, so you have to work on a solution.

Probably has to come from something internal right? They do however project externally and it is very convincing

I think they have made new hearing aids that are very discreet and very effective. Maybe you could investigate.

Yes it is a VERY embarrassing problem to have. I like that idea of a code word. I’ve never thought of that. Out of curiosity, what code words do you use?

When I was little we used “Have you been to the library lately?”

Because you’re supposed to be quiet in a library.

My parents said that phrase a lot.
