Thanks for your encouragement. Today went a lot better, they asked me what was wrong and I told them I felt disregarded yesterday, and they all apologized and talked me down off the edge.
In hindsight it would have been easier to speak up during the original group session when I felt pushed aside, but instead I ran with my emotions and had a super super stressful night last night.
It’s one of the reasons I am going to partial.
