Paranoia exercise?

there is an ‘exercise’ in my life, as there is often in anybody’s that I tend to get frightened and think there is a whole group out there trying to destroy me and my life. this I am sure is paranoia on my part even though there are many in my community who actually hate me.

letting go of this idea is difficult for me but it is the road to happiness. if you can just tell yourself, like the pdoc or whatever says, that this is just a delusion or something you let go of something hurtful and enjoy your environment better, hence more happiness.

and I tell myself if there really is such a bad group out there it ain’t going to be my problem…

just thought I’d share.
