I get it too. Keep thinking I got a tumer or cancer or or… get this. Alien implant causing me pain. Yeah
Yes. Accompanied by electric shock sensations in my mind and body, sometimes strong enough to physically shake me. 99% of my hallucinations are tactile, which I think is unusual. I may post a thread about it.

I get these lot, and they scare the heck out of me!
I get this a lot almost like a scream in my head like the brain is getting tight and all you re thoughts are loose and out of control.
