I plan on walking for 3 hours today…I mostly walking for 2 hours…Im fit to increase it today

Try start setting off doing little/small things to increase motivation

Use this site if you like as a type of diary were you can get advise and surport

Maybe set a date were you start 30 minute pleasure walks then build from there

@san_pedro. My therapist suggested putting pics of myself at a weight I was happier on my bathroom mirror… It worked for a bit… I need to get post it notes or even a diary… Or both

Yeah I can see how that helps… I just wouldn’t know how to start with making a diary on here…

anything that makes you feel well do it, that is what I do…mostly healthy choices lead to being well…

Im taking 15mg zyprexa 20 years in that time I lost 6 stone twice

i plan on losing it again but keeping the weight off this time
