Pain and swelling everywhere

Couple weeks ago I had some serious aches, pains and stiffness in my legs. Now I just woke up with a bunch of pain and swelling in my hands. What’s going on?

Sounds like something serious. I agree with @everhopeful , you better stop anything new you started ingesting and talk to a doctor. Go to the ER if you have to.

I have an appointment for next Wednesday. I went to a walk in last week and he gave me muscle relaxers and nothing else. Seems like every time I go to a doctor they don’t do anything.

Stop the experimental drug. Report what happened to them.

Not the swelling.

The aching moved to my fingers but I’m guessing it’s related to the aching going on in my legs, yeah the swelling is new

sounds like you need to go to the emergency room and let them decide.

Do you have a rash, such as hives? If your breathing is unaffected and you don’t have hives you can see a family Dr first thing in the morning. If you do, or your Dr can’t see you first thing, you should go to the ER to be checked out

Swelling can be dangerous. Could be your heart or anything. I would go straight to the emergency.

I was taking spg-302 up until this started. It was originally made for patients with ALS but it also just started phase 2 for schizophrenia. It works by restoring glutamanergic synapses.

I’m thinking it might be some form of arthritis maybe even lymes arthritis. This is crazy. If that’s what it turns out to be I’ll have schizophrenia, sciatica, dowagers hump and arthritis. I’m 33 and completely falling apart. And all of this coincides with potential massive cuts to Medicaid. You know I did my best, worked to the best of my ability, always took the meds, went to therapy. Now I have so many code occurring illnesses. I’m ready to be done.

Two firm suggestions:

  1. See a real doctor for a real DX.
  2. Stop arsing around with illicitly obtained meds.
