My experience is never ending.

I don’t know know it’s possible to be managed. It’s always been this way.

I personally do not have positive symptoms sort of Overthinking.

But it does seem to be in my nature to overthink ever since I got this condition.

So far, the only strategy I have is simply to tell myself

-stop this, it’s not healthy, as it is not helpful.

I try to trust myself to know the difference between what is Overthinking and what is helpful thinking.

That’s all I got.

I get stuck on things easily. I’ll spend days mostly consumed with one topic, even before psychosis. Telling myself it’s not healthy does no good, but I know it isn’t.

I’m constantly thinking and pondering things, all kinds of stuff, but it’s not racing thoughts…

I mean I have had racing thoughts very occasionally, but it’s not really a problem for me most of the time.

Is it to a point that bothers you or do you find it useful

90% of the time I find it useful. I surprise myself with the stuff I think up. I solve problems I am having. I like to think about stuff.

The other 10% of he time its annoying, like if I am trying to go to sleep but I can’t stop thinking about something.

Its an issue especcially pointless circular thinking. Im trying to focus on one word right now, understanding. Be understanding for yourself, whats around you, and others. Stuff like that helps me.

Uh, let me think about it for a few minutes.
