Any more thoughts? I realize all the yelling at the crisis center came back to get me. Sigh. I’m ill.

if it’s a crisis center, I’m sure they hear it all the time.

don’t be too hard on yourself.

Sometimes you gotta just let them know.

I’d say if you’re really ill, and you know it, then you still have some insight.

You should maybe call the nurse, and ask his or her advice.

Swallow your pride and apologize to the people at the crisis center. Daze is right, clinics, and crisis centers have seen it a lot before. I don’t think they will ban you or anything for one incident if you explain you’re going through a particuarly rough time and assure them it won’t happen again.
