So the latest disease of the heart that I am reading about is ostentation. It seems to be a very controversial subject. What exactly is ostentation? It is doing something for show, superficial or vain actions, perhaps. On the other hand, everything we do serves a purpose, so how can anything be for show, how can anything be superficial, how can anything be vain? To do something consciously for show is perhaps the disease. I’m not sure. Thank you.
So I’m wondering how much I’m being ostentatious with my posts about myself. I’m trying to keep the momentum of sanity up, but perhaps I should do less talk and more action. Action is hard for me, talk is easy. Documenting little victories and ambitions helps keep me sane. But perhaps I am falling into the trap of ostentation;?;
