Only good voices?

I’m diagnosed with schizophrenia, had it since childhood. Wondering if there’s anyone else who is like me, I don’t suffer from negative voices. My voices are actually extremely helpful and loving. I have one main voice and 4-5 other voices. They tell me their spiritual guides here to help me. I do have all the other symptoms of schizophrenia including pretty severe negative symptoms like paranoid delusions and thoughts, feeling like I can read others thoughts and feelings, my mind feels extremely expanded. But the positive symptoms manifest itself in more of a spiritual type of experience for me including my delusions and hallucinations all very spiritual but not at all negative.

I’ve done research on this wondering what causes some people to have such a negative experience with voices and why my experience with the voices is so very different. I did read that people in countries that are more industrialized with more technology usually have more negative voices. I also read a research paper about people in India in parts of Africa who report hearing good or helpful voices like myself. I was born and do live in the states so no connection there.

mine are a mixture of good and bad. I think I had 30-50 voices, all familiar, former friends, family, and celebrity tv and sports personalities. I only had 1 or 2 voices who I was unfamiliar with. I don’t know why this is. it’s like voices get stuck in my head and then I start hallucinating them. because they were all familiar voices I started to think I was telepathic.

sometimes they were nice, but often they were ridiculing me.
