It’s 2.54 am n I’ve been up since 12.
I’m trying to only have two coffee a day.
I’m used to having four a day.
But one of my coffees is 150 calories.
600 calories for four coffee.that’s a lot.
Managed to pump.

I read a Chapter in a Psychology book today. I went to the hairdresser. My cleaning lady came and I exercised 30 mins on my bike.
Now I’m waiting for a call at 9:30 pm about following a certification course in a healing technique (or call it relaxation technique if you don’t like the word).
I’m doing alright.
