Omg I have so much to do how to break it down

Need to prepare for a pip assessment on phone. 9.october.
Need to prepare for a therapy assessment face to face. 8 October.
Need to study.
I want to read about phisioligy, nutrition, and physics.
I want to work in nutrition. And health.
I need to clean my room,
I want to volunteer next year in the appropriate field.
I want to learn Spanish and German.
It’s so much stuff but I’m excited because I know wat I want to do.
Job interview preparing too

I am considering to come off the medication in about 1.5 years.

It’s my last attempt perhaps or penultimate last attempt.

With the supervision and approval of a psychiatrist.

I wish I had that much motivation to have a fabulous to do list like that. However, having all these great things to do and learn could stress us. Could you try picking out your few top priorities this year and pick up the rest of the list next year?

@Rainstorm yeh maybe I need to take naps in between but I’m trying to develop a new sleep routine.

Maybe listen to music in between.

My landlady is quite particular about how my room looks and she does random spot checks :nerd_face:

I would recommend cleaning your room since that would have the most immediate positive impact.

If the weather is nice, go out for a walk or do something else outside. Maybe go on a picnic with your bf in a nice local park.
