I’ve been taking these three supplements regularly. I have been so cognitively impaired and non functional. But I think they are finally improving me now that I’ve been taking them regularly. My brain is healing nicely. Matcha tea is nice too. Eating well and no smoking. And a little work for excersize. I’m seeing improvements. Yes

Ashwaganha has been good for my anxiety. I take it daily as anti anxiety supplement. Didn’t even know it was good for thyroid
