Omega 3 is helping to significantly lower my pulse and anxiety

My lowest resting pulse so far has been 46. Anxiety seems to start at around 70

Wow 46 is good. Perhaps even too low?
I take omega 3 from algae wen I’m plant eater.

I am slightly slightly concerned about the oils oxidation but it is processed gently at least.

Together is a good brand of omega 3.

I took fish oil and it made me much worse. Maybe it interacts with abilify? Who knows …

Yea I’m worried about potential side effects from taking too much of this liquid so wen I’m plant based eater I only take one capsule three times per week

Measure your baseline resting pulse before and after if you still want to try. Mine is 71 atm and I’m having just little anxiety.

I stopped taking any suplements and also omega 3. Was doing me not good. I was fully turned on.
