Ok, why can't we unerstand the stigma about outselves?

As if our disease didn’t scare ourselves just as much as it does anyone else. When I am feeling my illness, I am not a pleasant person to myself or anyone else.

I relate to that part totally.

I hadn’t thought about that. It scares us as much as it scares them. Kind of equalizing.
