Ah, I’ve been in that place before yeah its pretty crazy to think that stuff. Yeah all you can do is laugh about it otherwise it’s just gonna make you depressed that it ever happened.
I think therapists bait us into saying things we don’t want to and thinking things we didn’t think in the first place
