Money grab.

Why do you need a folding device?

Why does anyone?

Other than my Ronco Pocket Harpoon and my e-scooter, nope. Not needed.

My mom wants a folding walker/wheelchair combo.

She’s seeing them on the Internet for $78.

I hope it’s not a scam

At that price it is either a scam or so flimsy as to be dangerous.

Mine cost $189 and is very good. Hang on and I can show you. Mine is a walker than can double as a transport walker.

The good ones seem to cost upwards of $150 USD and $250 CDN.

Sorry to derail this thread @everhopeful

I have one of the smallest smart phones you can get the iPhone SE. It is the same as the old iPhone 5.

If I our plan can get one of those folding phones I would definitely love it that is cool.

Looks like it would go into the pocket pretty easy that’s why we have these small phones. Keep them in my shirt pocket all the time.

Don’t worry about derailing the thread. What you’re talking about is more interesting anyway !

I was thinking how to get drop protection on those folding phones.

Because on these regular rectangle ones you can put a plastic protection barrier around them in case you drop them.

Apparently they’re very unreliable and flakey. Hinges fail etc etc. I wouldn’t buy one just yet.
