Have to get my Abilify shot this morning, I always shower for Doctor appointments then Monday back Doctor,

I showered yesterday and will shower again today. I used to have trouble showering every day - would usually only shower three times per week. But now I shower daily. I thank Vraylar.

I shower about 3 times a week but more if i have Doctor appointments, I wash up everyday though
