Octacosanol restores stress-affected sleep by alleviating stress

Has anyone tried this supplement for lowering stress? seems like something we could all benefit from.

Together, these data clearly showed that, though octacosanol does not alter normal sleep, it clearly alleviates stress and restore stress-affected sleep.

In the study they’ve used very large dosages to get this effect. For someone who weighs 70KG you need 1400mg.

The largest dose available (what you can buy in stores) come in 20mg for 20-30USD.

At that price, it isn’t really an option.

Me too 300mg a few hours before bed. When exactly do u take it?

I tried L theanine, and it made me stay up all night. I would say it was a failed experiment for me.

I take 450 mg in the mornings and 450 mg afternoon.

It reduces my racing thoughts and intrusive thoughts significantly
