My anxiety and ocd are really bad. What helps you cope with this?

For me, it turned out Prozac caused my ocd. I had to get off it. Now that I’m on Celexa I have very minimal issues. For instance I only handle raw meat with gloves on and when I get it in the oven or on the stovetop, I clean the kitchen 3 times over. But I don’t have any other ocd things that I’m aware of.
