Do you get obsessed about trivial things, for example a song, a speech, a part of a movie, a phrase, and you can’t stop watching it, repeating it and thinking about it for many hours a day and many months?

yes, I say the same words over and over for example.

It is a never ending vicious cycle.
YES.
And when you finally wake up one day and the compulsive need to think about it is gone you cry for days because you miss loving (obsessing) over it?
Possibly just me.
I’d say I struggle the most with this very thing right now.
Hallucinations are distracting and disturbing, but these obsessions rule my life.
Did you talk with your pdoc about it? Is it a schizo thing or OCD one? 
OCD.
Some of us are luck enough to have both.

The ICD list as a symptom of schizotypal:
obsessive ruminations without inner resistance, often with dysmorphophobic, sexual or aggressive contents;
Maybe this may explain it?
