Had appointment with nurse practitioner for first time. Checked my weight im 190lbs at 6’1. My blood pressure she said “couldn’t get better than that”, which surprised me because Ive been inactive and eating lots of salty food. She didn’t give the numbers. She asked if my sz was controlled, and I said yes. She refilled my rexulti. I’m getting my blood drawn on Monday to check overall health, but not blood glucose. I was wondering about that and she said she doesn’t check it anymore since covid, which didn’t make sense to me.

I don’t feel too bad. I have the gerd and I’m technically overweight, but aside from that not doing too bad.
