Nothing to do

I am in distress every day, even on my days off from work. I have about 2 or 3 hours of activity each day and the rest of the day I have nothing to do. Also I don’t want to get out of bed in the morning. At least I get love from family and friends. I get distress and anxiety.

Can you read?

People find that universally attractive.

I told a librarian I like to read books about the sea while breathing sea air.

She said: “That’s beautiful” in like a mesmerized whisper.

I put a photo in the Sz Photo Club. You challenged me.
I have a book to read but it requires motivation. But thanks for the idea, it helps.
I am actually going out right now to get vaccines. I will have about 3 hours this evening so maybe I can follow up with your suggestions so I won’t feel so bad.

Sorry to complain. I have had this problem with boredom, to various degrees, for a very long time, like 30 or 40 years. Today I was really hurt by not being able to get out of bed on my day off from work.
