Some of my symptoms in the 80’s made everything look surreal. When I went outside the world looked like a surreal painting. It was not a pleasant feeling but it went away and has never come back.
I feel you. Just keep playing along, it’s all happening for a reason…
Something must be real and somehow we must keep going. Don’t lose hope.
