I’ve looked into freelance writing jobs, and you need to have proof of published work, sometimes 3 references.
If you studied it, and have a good resume, I’d suggest starting by writing for your local newspaper. Here we also have Mature Focus paper magazine they give out for free at the grocery store, they’re always looking for engaging or how to articles.
I almost did it, the local paper, but me and the media don’t mix.
