Not struggling as much tonight; found a new tool for my toolbox

Good evening all! So if you’ve been reading my extremely boring posts here you know I’ve been struggling a lot lately. Well, I found a new simple tool to use which is just acknowledging my schizophrenic thought or feeling and instead of being afraid, I say, “I’m not afraid of you!” it’s, sort of, working I think…

Has anyone else tried doing something similar with good results?
