i dont hear voices much… never really did… yet my inner talk is ugh… i see lil black bugs n shapes beside my eyes lately too tho

Do you take meds ?

recently I see black and white bugs too but less with meds. I was afraid by that but i get used to.

i take mild meds because ive gotten diabetes… and ive gotta readjust em … im working on it
