Not just stigma. We are all judged by those around us

No one escapes being judged. We all have our “tragic flaw” as it is known in literary circles. So, if someone is going to be negative about us, there is always an opportunity. The best we can do is accept our flaws the best we can and be able to politely agree with our critics. The truth can really hurt sometimes so it can be very difficult to admit “Yes, I am nuts sometimes. Yes, I am fat. etc.” But do hang on to yourself at these times. Your good points are there, also. “I am also a terrific cook, I play the guitar. etc.” Good luck to you, my friends when you go out into that big, bad world.
