So we had a room full of guests and I screamed on inmpulse and I apologied but I couldn’t help it. They must think I’m crazy. But damn that mouse was huge.

I’m scared of them too. I was six when my parents lived in a duplex in the corner of the kitchen a rat with Ruby eyes big as my cat Nico. I screaming would not go across floor had to be carried.

Yeah those things can be creepy when they’re on the move. When they’re just sitting in the cat food tho, not even the cat cares. It was funny.
I don’t think anyone will think you’re crazy for screaming about a mouse. They might think you’re a girl.

When I lived in my old house with my roommate, we had a party one night and i saw a bat in the basement. I freaked out and ran upstairs telling everyone about the bat. But nobody else saw it that night, and they all thought I was just “crazy” until a couple weeks later, when my roommate finally heard it scratching inside the walls. I felt so vindicated!

I agree…But I would hate to have an infestation of them in my house. I saw one at San Francisco zoo.

@anon80629714, who cares what anyone else thinks? You saw a mouse and reacted in a pretty standard way that someone does when they see a mouse. You didn’t chase the mouse waving a knife in the air, or accuse anyone in the group of planting the mouse just to upset you, did you? 
Nothing to apologize for, and nothing to worry about. If anyone in that group is still thinking about what happened, let them. It’s their issue if they thought anything negative about you as a result.
