Going for a 30 min. walk is moderate exercise.

going to start weight training in November, the plan is to lift and add strength over the winter and then move onto a running season in late spring summer and early fall. I only run about 20 minutes, its a chore, Im doing it to maintain some youth, I have onehour allotment 40 minutes stretch 20 minute run. that’s it, i’d like to weigh about 148 pounds with low bodyfat.
