So important to concentrate on diet and exercise while on an AP.

A lot of us smoke as well, so I wonder if that plays a factor in earlier mortality rates

Holy smokes (pun semi-intended)-- 6 more times as likely to have a stroke as a smoker… Those odds are startling for sure.

I think to give somebody sedative apathetic pill which increase dramatically appetite and then to ask to exercise and dietis a mockery if not a crime. Should be treated accordingly.
