Yeah i find a bit of self-talking quite helpful as well. I don’t do it as much as i used to since i started taking the medication. Have you noticed that yourself?
Do you really want to make that a habit? Could be a hard habit to break further down the road. I’m stressed too, I hate the upstairs tenant with a passion but he only drives me crazy for 5 minutes at a time and then I have my room and the living room to relax and get some space and de-stress.
I’m called names everyday night. I just wish someone would pick me up to go to crisis. Its dark and rainy
