No weight loss this week either

So if I don’t lose any weight next week, I’ll cut my calories /day down to about 1800. Currently I’m consuming 2000/day.

Good luck, I hope this works.

Do you exercise?

Nope. No exercise. So I can’t blame the plateau on muscle gain :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

2000 is quite a lot. But, then, you are a male, right? So you burn more.

Well, my guess is you need to eat fewer calories. Try this to see what you actually need: Calorie Calculator

Yes, according to my app which uses the same algorithm as that calorie calculator, I should be losing weight on 2000/day. It’s a pity, as 2000/day is doable for me.

That sucks! I’m supposed to be able to lose with more calories too. I think we have to restrict more because of APs. I truly believe they slow down our metabolism

I think you could be right unfortunately. Anyway, I’ll give it another week. Then it’s time to try 1800/day. :grimacing:

The temperature inside NASCAR race cars can easily exceed 100 degrees Fahrenheit (37.7 degrees Celsius) and, as a result, drivers can lose 5-10 pounds (2.2-4.5 kilograms) in sweat during a race.

Got this fact in my email today. Maybe put on some heavy clothes and drive around town for a couple hours, lol j/k :racing_car: :racing_car: :racing_car:

AP’s drastically decrease the amount of calories needed for weight maintenance. In order to lose weight on AP’s, men need to decrease their calorie intake to 1500 per day and women to 1200 per day. No more and no less.

And regular exercise along with that is essential.
