Deer jerky is very popular here in my state…I wonder if it’s done like that (dehydrated) if the disease can make it through that.
Welp. I was going to recommend venison for my father because of his health. (In Korean medicine, venison is said to have strengthening properties of weak bodily system). I’ll never recommend it to him.
It’s legal to eat roadkill in Tennessee.
