Today I had quite strong nicotine withdrawals, but I was able to counter these and did not buy any nicotine. Now I have not smoked tobacco in the past 5.5 months, but I have sometimes bought some nicotine gum, which I did not do today fortunately. I try to be totally nicotine free in my life.
