Nicotine gum

I have not smoked tobacco in many years, but occasionally I have nicotine gum because it makes me feel good. Today was a depressing day and I got some gum and started feeling better. It is a dark season here and so I must counter depression. Our winter lasts still next five months.

Yeh, nicotine through the the nicotine acetylcholine receptor release dopamine into the nucleus accumbes, and this makes you feel good. The same molecule these drugs blocks and people voluntary seemed to wanted to take for wathever reason

Theres actually been a lot of research implying a better quality of life for sz’s addicted to nicotine in terms of managing symptoms
