well, today is good.
found out something unexpected.
not too bad… not much to do and feel not so productive =(
anxious =) have to go grocery shopping at night - and maybe visit some friends too.
Tomorrow I have to go out drive some friends around
I think I will make some lentil puree for tonight - I have all the ingredients so it is good source of iron and protein.
Never had that…
it’s like potato puree (smashed creamy potato) but made with brown lentil, Cumin spice, and grated onions.
Wish I knew as much about food as you, I open the box and heat it up.
I’ve kind of lost my appetite. I used to love pizza, but now, not so much. I hope this translates into weight loss. I haven’t had pizza in over a month. A record for me.
you just have to put effort I guess. I don’t like junk food so kinda ‘have to’ cook =(

I had a junk food addiction. I had a brain blip about a month ago, and my appetite and energy seem to have dropped. Also my junk food addiction seems to have gone.
Maybe my energy is low because I’m not eating enough. Who knows.
I don’t eat near the amount I used to, twice a day now, took a long time to train myself for that
