The staff notes are mostly just whatever previous names you’ve gone by.

I mean do i have bad reviews from other mods? Maybe something i said inappropriate and noted by the mods? Or maybe i said something triggering idk? This is staff notes?

There’s nothing bad. System also automatically adds staff notes whenever someone is suspended, giving the reason why. This is a good feature, so when future mods see you were suspended, they know it was usually just because you asked for a break.
